PlaydioCast respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
DMCA Takedown Notice Process
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our app, you may notify us by completing the following requirements:
Required Information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including URL or specific location
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, email address)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Our Actions
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, PlaydioCast will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)
- Terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances
Counter-Notice Process
If you believe your content was removed mistakenly or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed mistakenly
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction
Important Notes
For Podcast Content: PlaydioCast functions as a directory and player for audio content. All podcast episodes, audiobooks, and radio streams are accessed directly from third-party publishers' servers. We do not host any audio content on our infrastructure.
For User-Generated Content: If you upload personal media files to PlaydioCast, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and distribute that content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances, PlaydioCast will terminate a user's access to the app if the user is determined to be a repeat copyright infringer.
